For example, Mike comes out with Kathy, who works in human resources, so it is very willing to help. Other
employees are there just to collect a paycheck or have egos, however,
some also have views of the company or have their own dreams to climb in
the company can help achieve. One
of my favorite characters in the story was Erica, an intelligent young
man who works nights at the factory so that you can take care of his
mother disabled during the day.
When Erica speak at a meeting, Mike is impressed by her and soon she was promoted. Another character, Andy, Mike begins as the greatest opponent, but as
the book progresses, the two learn to work together, respect the
opinions and expertise of each and literally "bury the hatchet."
