A Change in the Modern Way of Testing and Learning

Today, the mere mention of "review" and "learn" the words "test" can do most people, students, employees in training, policy courses and many others cringe collectively and feel chills, and many tests and see learning as a kind of a stressful process to go to achieve a certain goal.
What is the reason behind this discomfort? Some of us say it is because things that arise are dry, that are given to us in a way that just does not get our attention, perhaps we are stressed because no matter how much we try, sometimes simply you can deal with the issue given when the time feared to test our knowledge comes, we do not know if we can not remember something, our minds stop, panic and kicked all just becomes chaos. The acquisition process and test knowledge is not perceived as a beneficial experience, but rather a battle to win by force of will.

In my view, the main difference lies in two factors. Automation and variety. I reflect on this idea for some time. Make fun testing process and important reality, so that the knowledge acquired to stay with you and not let it evaporate once its purpose. A new set of possibilities come to light if you really include the technology in the equation. How can this be achieved? The answer is through modern technology and the software that is changing rapidly.
At present, many teachers are not able to track each individual within its class. Help those who receive more and assigning additional difficult tasks has always been a problem in need.
