Today,
the mere mention of "review" and "learn" the words "test" can do most
people, students, employees in training, policy courses and many others
cringe collectively and feel chills, and many tests and see learning as a kind of a stressful process to go to achieve a certain goal.
What is the reason behind this discomfort? Some of us say it is because things that arise are dry, that are given to us in a way that just does not get our attention, perhaps we are stressed because no matter how much we try, sometimes simply you can deal with the issue given when the time feared to test our knowledge comes, we do not know if we can not remember something, our minds stop, panic and kicked all just becomes chaos. The acquisition process and test knowledge is not perceived as a beneficial experience, but rather a battle to win by force of will.
We humans are naturally curious creatures. Our curiosity is what led us to the development, learning and adaptation. But at the time, we learned otherwise. We are not forced to stay for hours listening to someone else talk about their interpretation of the theme we need to learn and write page after page of assignments and exams. In my view, the main difference lies in two factors. Automation and variety. Could you imagine the process of testing actually be fully automated, which do not need to think of something new each time a test is created? Learning a simple, because everything is at hand, in various forms? Practice tests with similar questions on a computer? And not only just before the actual exam.
I reflect on this idea for some time. Make fun testing process and important reality, so that the knowledge acquired to stay with you and not let it evaporate once its purpose. A new set of possibilities come to light if you really include the technology in the equation. How can this be achieved? The answer is through modern technology and the software that is changing rapidly.
At present, many teachers are not able to track each individual within its class. Help those who receive more and assigning additional difficult tasks has always been a problem in need. However, if the technology is introduced, which makes the test and test creation process will take a 360 degree turn, as this process has been revolutionized in a way that only a few of us could have imagined aujourd 'hui. Students, course leaders and those in training, will once hung. Finally all the attention will be devoted to the classroom, but not because they have to, but because they see the benefits of real listening.
How all this can be achieved can you ask? Any kind of seem exaggerated dream somehow, right? But it is no secret that sometimes if you work hard enough, dreams become reality. This project is our dream and we will do our best to make it a reality. The current situation has to change, because it quickly shows ineffective, based on several studies and even interrogators, from student satisfaction with the actual quality of the acquired knowledge.
